Hi,
So I found this RC at my job and decided to restore it.
After some research online I figured it out that this is a Kyosho Rampage GP-10 from late 1980's,
if it is not please correct me.
I'm new to the RC world and obviously I will need some help to fix it and that is why I'm here
The only mechanical experience that I have is from fixing my scooter/vespa??!.
The front tires, the rubber is dry and cracking, the rear tires are in good condition.
The remote control doesn't look like that it is working and I don't know if the servos are in good shape also.
Battery holder is nasty and i found a cheap one online that I'm going to order.
On/off switch is full of rust will have to replace it.
Air Filter and Body are missing.
The engine was stuck and the pull start was broken and also stuck.
I have cleaned and lubed the engine and all the other parts and it looks like that everything is good.
I purchase a beginners kit
that included a glow plug igniter, tested the glow plug and it looks good.
I'm waiting for a new pull start that I have purchased to test the engine.
After engine is tested and it is working I will proceed for the rest of the restoration if the engine does
not work, or I'm not able to put it working, this project will stop there
