Could try using a different model in the radio, each model will have its own unique neutral and end points. Re-Calibrate esc of course, with this change. You could also see if your transmitter has a calibration function to reset neutral, again re-calibrate esc. The esc will do what the signal from the radio is telling it. But if it the radio was damaged or something changed after the drop, the esc may not understand what the transmitter is trying to say.
