We’re going to try some of the suggestions from others, but I’ve already been told by racers that they will quit the class because of the tires!!
We have run USVTA at our track since we opened, and need a better compound then what we have now. I’ll let my guys run TC tires if needed.
After you try some of the "suggestions from others" you will be astounded by the difference it makes. I used one of the methods for my PF's that I run on carpet and it was a total transformation. Adding to the list of things to try is to heat the tires with a flame through several cycles. I haven't done it but fellow racers have had good results.
