The biggest thing we did was soften up everything. Where we previously liked fairly stiff setups to get the car to be more reactive we now run really soft to make the car easier to drive because with the locked axle it has plenty of steering.

Out of curiosity, are you running this with an alum chassis and/or have you tried the locked diff with a carbon chassis. Wondering if the different flex characteristics made one easier than the other to drive.
