They do for the most part. The '18 has some additional setup options that the '17 does not have, but overall the general setup should transfer over pretty well.

On the '18, the long wheelbase setting in the front is similar to that of the '17. I think the front shock mount is a little higher up on the 17 if you left it in kit form.
