If you can't get a hold of them I would suggest shopping for a new supply. Unless it's super simple to fix, trouble shooting power supplies isn't worth the cost. You can always try poping it open your self after it's fully discharged. And looking for damaged stuff, smelly, or burnt components but beyond that takes more than basic skills.
Please make sure if you decide to open it, discharge the capacitors. Look up how to do it, becuase mains voltage will wreck you and not even care.
