There are aero benefits at smaller scales than 1/10, so aero can play a role. I'm not going to get into the debate much but will state a simple opinion on the matter... as you scale down the effect of downforce from aero is reduced. Aero effect in the form of drag used for stability is greater than downforce. But to say there is no aero effect, is not true. I have experimented at great lengths in 1/28 scale, and come to the conclusion that aero can be a performance tool to tune the car. Not as effective as mass distribution, but it is there.

As seen in the second picture that is in my later part, there are elements that can be attached to the wing, which is what I was referring to when I said aero elements. I was not mentioning that they increase downforce, simply that they are 'aero elements' in the scale sense.

Why would xray include 2 variant lexan wings with their kit, and montech give variable element angles if there were no aero benefits at this scale? What about a pan body that is for classes smaller than 1/10? There definitely are aero benefits.
