I, too, have an EB410 and have it geared 28/81 with about 42 degrees of timing on the end bell of the motor. Temp is about 110 at the end of a heat.

Got a GForce Motor Analyzer for x-mas and will be hooking it up later today.
Finished up with the Analyzer.

Surprised to find I was drawing only around 4.0 amps at 42 degrees. Didn't record KV at 42, but I did get it at 40 and 45 and 50 degrees on the end bell.

Degrees (can) -- Degrees (analyzer) -- KV -- Amp Draw

40 -- 37 -- 3191 -- 3.4
45 -- 41 -- 3368 -- 4.6
50 -- 46 -- 3877 -- 8.8

Huge jump in both KV and Amps from 45 to 50 degrees. 47 degrees put me at 6 amps and 3530 kv. We'll see how that works next time on track.

If anyone has any wisdom on whether or not 6 amps is appropriate for this motor speak up.
