Had the chance to drive the V1RRR and also tested the 2 degree knuckle on my FW05RR last week. I must say the new knuckles improved the on power steering and allowed you to enter corners at a higher speed. But then again, the V1RRR is still better in terms of agility and cornering speed
As for acceleration and top speed, I don't much difference between the two.
