Well, for blinky I'd say Turnigy Trackstar Sportsman 60A can't be beaten because it's even cheaper at $30 and works a charm (I have three)! But yes, the HW stuff is indeed excellent as well.

But since he had trouble finding something below $100, I guess he's not doing blinky.
