I'm from the UK and so yes I've raced in the wet. MANY times (actually way too many times!).

Usually I don't change the setup too much if the race turns wet apart from disconnecting the rear ARB if the car is particularly difficult to drive. Kiss rain tires are the go to if there is standing water - you MUST have standing water on the track before you use the Kiss tires otherwise they won't work and overheat within a couple laps. If the track is wet but not standing water then stick with foam DAMPS.
