I've got both radios. No comparison, the MT-S is far better in every facet (adjustments, ergonomics, speed, menu, etc.) except for the cost of the receivers. Sanwa receivers are expensive, and you need to get FHSS-3/FHSS-4(T) receivers.
If you can afford it, I would definitely get the MT-S, they are in totally different classes. I've got reviews of both also on my YouTube channel for more info.
