Ran a version of the Munn setup for astroturf but on carpet.
I used Xray gray springs however as I have in the past. Carpet is grey ozite we use however slicks or similar due to rules. I used the associated stock SCT tires as they work quite well without needing sauce.
the issues I want to correct are this:
- car feels like it wants to over rotate. I need the rear to be a bit more planted but still off the ability to steer quickly as its a tight track
- Vehicle has chassis bounce on jumps. I am using 8 x 1.4 pistons versus the setup sheet 6 x 1.5 . I am thinking of going slightly lighter on the shock oil. but, maybe I should go 6 x 1.5? Would that offer slightly less pack?
Is there a carpet setup out there people are using that they recommend?
