If all else fails, cut it into little squares and send it back piece by piece. There's no reason for any manufacture to be a **** about something like this.
Thanks for the advice. We could try ironing, but we are talking about 200 ft. of carpet. But, it might come to that. Besides the fact that we have to ship it back, we have specific instructions how to roll, label it, etc. Asking for their shipper is a good idea.
