Yes. If the rotors are start losing magnetic strength the motor will in general start running hotter. It’s normal as far as I know. Replacing the rotor should show a big improvement to how it feels as well as lowering the motor temps. Although running it a bit hotter won’t hurt it anymore than it has been.
