I think you have the wrong bearing....
The original shows 6/6.3, and the crank counter weight has a full flat side (no edge to keep the bearing from the side. Probably the inner ring of the original bearing is sticking out 0.3mm higher than the outer ring.
It seems your new bearing is not and even in place It is not the right one.....
But that is not the reason why it does not fit, I think the bearing has wrong tolerances. I am busy with a drill/mill unit and has ordered 10x bearing 8x16x5, one of the bearings does not fit on the 8mm shaft, cheap chineese crap.....
I would conntact the seller and make a complain, please to not grind down the shaft to make it fit, another right bearing will give play....
Just get an original steel one, do not think ceramic will make a difference.
