RC America got back to me this morning and indicated that all new kits are being shipped with the correct o-rings, but may not include the sticker on the box, like the press release indicated.

I'm waiting for validation, but I'm reasonably sure that I did get the correct o-rings, and that anyone who received their kit this last week likely did too.
