You actually contacted them about slop.
You ever held Cav, Evans, Mans (when he was AE), Rivken, Tollard, Shearer, Thielke, Due, or any other AE drivers car and felt the slop they have? It's there, and they all seem to do ok. How old is your T5? Maybe, just maybe, it's time to freshen it with some new parts? They don't last forever.
