I would assume so. Anything that's adjustable through hotwire should still be adjustable no matter how it's connected be it through Bluetooth or a wired connection. I would assume anything that's adjustable through the Android app would be adjustable through the iPhone app as well. Now I don't use the 3.0 as I didn't see it as cost affective to upgrade (I don't have room to mount a hotwire on my chassis) and I also don't have an iPhone so I stuck with the 2.0 and Android app. I couldn't imagine them taking away the ability to program those two settings. And it does allow me.to do it with the 2.0 and Android app. I think the apps are pretty much identical as far as what your allowed to do. I think one of the few things you can't do with the app is update the software/firmware. And export data runs. But those have always required a PC connection. I'd wait for randy to verify this but I'm almost positive it would let you. There is videos on YouTube of the 3.0 and iPhone app though. I'd bet checking one of those out would also verify this.
