My issue is a little different, mine connects and can adjust esc settings no problem but everytime i try to enter the firmare update part of the menus, the app just crashes everytime

"I suggest talking to the cobraracing fellow on here if needing tech support for hobbywing. He's very nice and professional and seems to go out of his way for the right folks.
