I never got a lot of race days in with the spec r cars that I have but I never broke a single piece on them. I was running asphalt and the track used fire hose and plow discs for dots instead of boards but certainly had some tumbles and hits with no problems. I fell into a car by chance and stuck with them. Bummer they died off rather than continuing on in production
