fuel is good byrons its the leaning out that does it I'm just saying they are not as forgiving the nova plug as like the os. u go lean for a sec with nova and it blows at least with os its more forgiving...u know here in the usa in summers weather is crazy and in a 45 min main the weather can change in a second so sometimes its not our fault that she goes lean....like I said at least the os more forgiving but there is the other problem I don't like os plug does not just screw right in u have to use alittle force to catch the thread to start it and that means your changing the thread pattern and when ever u do that your definitely letting alittle air escape I understand its such a small amount but in my head it bothers me!!
You consider shim thickness a possible contributor to blowing plugs?
