As for bearings you'll notice when the bearings are going because the engine will start to become difficult to tune, Idle and will also sound different almost rattly. Novarossi steel bearings will last a very long time if you are using a very good castor blended fuel. If you want you can change bearings once for every 2 conrod changes.
