I think they are more viscose than that. Ive used 50k on my damper tubes before and the Tamiya friction grease feels a LOT thicker than that.

I find that the silicone oil will shear if you move the tubes fast enough. Ive used 500k or 1mill oils and they feel completely different if you move them slowly or really fast. The Tamiya friction grease although only comes in 3 viscosity, are more consistent and they do not leak.
