Everyone I had talked to always said the LW set sucks for carpet, don't use it, use the old arms, and then Mike Lack laid it down with hiw 415MS with the LW arms. I am pretty sure the X mount is a 415 mount.
LW arms no good on carpet?? I got spanked at TCS worlds by a 415 with the LW arms. Stupid me didn't even bring my LW arm set to Japan. The mabuchi class was mroe of the same - the winner was a TB02 with the LW arms.
