I got tired of beating up such an awesome rig doing the high flying jumping trick thing, and started running the beast on my friends large outdoor track last week. I do like the way it handles on the track. It is way more stable than an E-buggy. Handles much like my Mugen truggy, with a bit better turning ability thanks to the short wheelbase. I was surprised at how capable the Badlands are on a loose outdoor track, they were right there with soft Impacts on the truggy. They throw a great rooster tail as well!
Depending on what you're doing with yours, I think the 10x1.2mm is a great all around choice. I doubt that if you're doing the big air thing you'd notice a lot of difference in pack between the 10x1.1, 10x1.2, or the 8x1.3.
