I have noticed that the gears (number of teeth) are different from 160SS to 160T, so my question is if someone know if the motor and electronic inside theese servos are the same, and only changing the gears set of my 160SS by a 160T gear set PTK-3036 will give me a speed and torque of a 160T.

My thought is like gearing your car, with the same motor and esc, you can gear it with a large spur and small pinnion for a high torque, or a small spur and large pinnion for speed.

Thank you in advance for your help if someone know it!!!

Some servo lines will be just as you described, only differing by its gearing. Normally, within the different servo lines only the 2 middle gears are different. hs625/645 speed and torque. HSB-9360 / 9370 / 9380 (speed, mid speed and torque / torque)... It should be the same i would think with your servo... just make sure you get the gears from within the same line.
