Stick to servo latency with the included receiver R304SB.

Avg: 5.3ms
Min: 2.2ms
Max: 17.9ms
Servo updaterate: 333Hz

Here is a histogram with 20000 data points so you can see distribution. Max values have a few points on the high side.
