called adams and he was able to take care of me.
I guess I was special. He told me that most all the problems with the rx was in the programming and just a hand ful (<10) actually had problems with the rx that could not be re-programmed. He did appologize to me for the problems I faced when talking with support. Since I was a special case, he would would have been notified, but was at a trade show. So now that he is in the office, he is shipping me one out asap. so that I may be dsm'ing
You guys were correct, Horizon has the service that people talked about. I just happen to fall through the cracks. my good luck I guess.
Adams also told me that if the rx binds very quickly that would be the newer unit and the older ones tend to bind a little bit slower. And now that I have one to compare and use (or at least very soon) I can compare any new purchases to this one.
