took the rear suspension blocks out to look at the shafts, they are perfectly straight. Put them back on and now the right side is 2.5 toe in and the left side is 2.75. Based on the blocks im using they should both be 2.5. So there was definitely a seating issue going on but that appears to be fixed. If i put a little pressure on the left side it goes right to 2.5 but it sits at 2.75. I will check the bearings and the left upright next.
That's very small difference. You may check those shaft balls as one of them might be worn. I use the white plastic ones - they sit tight and precise.
