I run tc mod with a 5.0 on a shortish track
20 degrees on the motor
10 boost 5k - 30k
25 turbo - .5 delay and ramp is 2
I resoldered the wire back on for the last race and it did it again, at the 4:30 mark
I checked the datalog, and most of it was missing for todays meeting, like, only 3 minutes of 25 minutes of running.
only thing that happened was my r1 fan failed during the second run (the first time the wire came off) so I removed it from the car
from what little was there, the esc didn't go above 80 degrees F
have I damaged my rsx somehow ?

Whenever I have a solder joint come undone at a connector, I always replace the complete plug. It usually means something has oxidized or lost tension, so there's more resistance.
What kind of plug is it?
As for the data log, it only can hold so much. You can tell the RSX to record less info using hotwire and it will be able to record for longer, but to capture an entire event isn't feasible.
