I like the dubro nitro line. Sticks well and holds up nicely. Also comes in many colors, I have tried many colors and the light blue is the best IMO.
Also I checked my carb and its almost exactly what Drake posted, within 1 hour or so. I'm also in CA, but when we went to TX to the lone star challenge at Thornhill the needles only moved 1 hr. So I think the range Drake suggests is good just about anywhere. If you are having issues my guess would be the idle gap.
