I'm not so sure that the mugen is using a pillow ball setup. The arms look like they might use a turnbuckle similar in fashion to the VBC FX upper arms.
It's most likely a hybrid pillow ball setup like on their nitro touring car. Lower pillow ball with an upper turnbuckle-
