sure do. and I am using it now. I guess my point is that I am still out $159. I mean I paied full retail to get nothing. no improvement, i still have to wait for freqency clips.

You guys are all correct I am bashing them. And I do accoplish something. The thousands of people that read this board will see this and hopefully will look at the technology with a grain of salt before they purchase and recognize that maybe they will be in the same boat as me.

I am not asking you guys for charity, but when I said to send me $159. that is what horizon has said to all of us as consumber. Even if you are saying that some work and some don't, they are saying send me $159 and it is a lottery of what will and what won't work.

You guys are right about one thing. We have spend too much time in this thread and wasted some people time as far as believes and theory and integrity. What should be the focus is:

the product is new
the product has bug
the product does work for many
the product does not work for some
some can be fix.
some can not and will need to be replaced.
When that will happen is anyone's guess.

I will continue to tell my tale until i get my unit back working. so that others will not have to be stiffed. $159 is nothing to most of us, but some of us, that is a lot and some actually have to save either birthday wishes or part time jobs to have fun in this hobby and this would be tragic if the person that purchase this was infact someone that had a limited resource and get the treatment that I have gotten from horizon.

Internet thread are here to dispuse news and to give the good and bad of things. It is the most honest place to get information about product. This board is not owned by horizon and does not filter information, so that everyone's experience good or bad is heard.
