I used loctite 406 glue and glued all tire parts together. then used my belt sander to sand ribbing off from inside and thin sidewalls a bit. Not perfect by any means. anyways a few pictures below. Sidewalls could be better but I'm afraid of sanding a hole thourgh the tire.
