Stock screws are of very high quality (not sure if 12.9, but wouldn't be surprised if they are). Alternatively, I've found bolt depot has the best pricing on various bulk screws, and you don't have to order them in quantities of 100 or 1000 like other places.

Based on this, I can't say I've ever seen a "screw kit" for it (other than junk titanium) as it really just isn't typically needed at all.
