ok, sounds reasonable. It was the very slight fluctuation I was worried about.
On the ESC it does show the lights ramp up on throttle and does show full blinky at full.
I was thinking the datalogging was showing that the throttle was very slightly flickering from 100% to like 99%. I've set the endpoints on the esc to the radio several times with the same result.
