I would use ceramic as a main bearing and a steel one in the front. Regarding what brand you should use I can't say. I've used orignal bearings from the engine maker, avid and some others but couldn't tell a difference. I rarly change bearings and if I do I only change the front then I buy a new motor or rebuild it completly with p/s, bearings, conrod which is almost the same price as a new one.
