I think you just grab a BD7 front spool drive cups from the BD7 2016 which is D-046
96T spur is the way to go I found to cover you and you need to grab the Option Top Deck B8-003NB to allow bigger pinions for the stock classes gearing FDRs.
As for a chart you might have to find some program that spits out an excel table after inputting your 1.7 internal drive ratio.
I prefer to run the largest spur possible to attain the ratio I desire. it is my opinion that the car accels easier and as increased natural braking might also help with that pesky stripping issue some of ya'll are having that I'm not
