The mamba monster extreme can handle the 1717 motor, many use that esc with low kv motors. There are many options for sensored low kv motors such as leopard and poseidon also.

If you are making an XL build, make it right or go home.
Savage Central doesnt work anymore, so can't link up my savage build, but it was built right. Plenty of alza and FLM parts., I mean the tvps are flm that are custom anodized. Full flux bulletproof drivetrain. The build itself is easy, my lst was a conversion, not the crappy Losi one. I don't care if it's sensored or sensorless for bashing, racing yes, but not bashing, especially in a 6s monster truck.
So the center diff is worth it then? I don't want to blow bevel gears like my lst.
Can I use one of my savage x bulletproof diffs with vorza spur? Would you recommend the 1717 over the castle 2200kv? Which kv 1717 would you recommend?
I am leaning towards the alza tvps, I wouldn't touch the stock tvps, bent those before.
