Motors require the right set-up to make them work, seems that no-one on the smaller tracks is attempting to do so, otherwise the JP's should be laps ahead
Not true and I have dyno results to back me up. The power curves of all
3 PORT engines below 20K rpm are very similar. If anything the RS12 is worse below 20K than an OS CV. The cv comes off idle with bags more torque than almost all Novarossi engines bar the CX12. 5 ports are totally different of course. The types of tracks I am talking about has a 39m straight and many tight technical corners. The other track has about a 25m straight and is concrete so all the power goes into wheelspin anyhow.
