Wheels are warped a little. Have taken them off and on yet? Make sure they are seated against the hexes flat. It happens. I can't tell if the tires are glued on just right as well. Looks like there could be a little bit of that as well. I understand your concern but don't see anything that would result in a warranty issue or cause a failure for the car.
