Nope. Since it puffed from the first charge, and each one did it, I took it as part of the design. Yes, maybe that may be a flaw or maybe not. But I have read other manufactures mention their batteries may puff slightly, and I believe that the hard case is just really tight around the soft pack. These batteries have not changed in the amount of deformation in more expansion or shrinking. So I have taken it for lack of a better word, as growing pains. Once puffed after the first charge, it hasn't budged. And has gone through an avg of 120 charge/discharge cycles per battery.
I do have LRP Super Shorties I run in my buggy that haven't puffed, but it is a translucent case and you can see a gap between the inside of the hard case and the soft cells. So if those suckers ever puff the hard case, then I think I might have a problem. lol.
