We do have a spec tire, CRC it works great on gray carpet, use it its fast. But spec tire is not going to minimize the setup, cant have one without the other.
Is it the purple stripe tires or something else? I personally would rather change setup to suit spec tires than keep trying different tires and setup both. The way I see it is you have to set up the car no matter what. But deciding on tires has always been the frustrating thing for me at least. Especially in this scale for a begginer.
