If you're bashing set it up for low traction to make the car easier to drive. I would run as much droop and ride height I could get away with.

I use a 14 to practice in a parking lot with a 4.5T motor. Running close to 6mm ride height 5.5 front, 4.5 rear droop. 388cst and yokomo black springs all around. Diff oil at 1k and roll centers set low.
