Question, I plan on running Scale spec or rookie and F1.. any idea of what pinion to run? on my scale spec i have a 116T Spur and my F1 i have a 90T spur. Depending on what car you have for Scale Spec.... I recommend an 88T to 96T (64 pitch) Spur gear. We typically time our motors between 50 and 55 degrees. If you have a 25.5 Novak Boss it will be timed near the end of the sticker. Your gearing range on Gear ratio depending on track size will be 3.68 to 3.91. Our track is a fast and flowing track for its size. I hope to get a good picture of our new layout tomorrow night so I can post a picture of it.
