You can made your own lexan pieced using bottles. I do it all time. How ever I find it tricky to repair small cracks with goo and drywall tape and/or construction adhesive. the lexan still flex where it is cracked, specialy at the edges and eventualy it may cause the crack to become bigger and tear up the body.
