I used the Hudy arm reamer on mine, it seemed to take a long time but it worked eventually. Don't try and do one side at a time, you have to push it all the way through. Make sure the slots in the reamer are cleaned out.
I used a #19 drill bit on my .3 and really wasn't happy with how that turned out.
