I started building mine last night. I'm having difficulty reaming the rear arms. I have a Hudy 4mm reamer. Each hole individually is fine but the alignment is off when you put the pin all the way through both holes. My reamer wont cut the plastic to clean it out, and of course I'm missing the drill bit I need. Are you guys drilling them? Or is anyone else experiencing this? I've been building cars for 30 years, I've never seen A-arms holes misaligned like this.
I had to go with the drill bit because literally every arm reamer was sold out at the time. And I had to wiggle the bit a little in order to correct that slight deformity. And I used compressed air to clean out the holes after I made a drill pass. Took me a few tries for each arm but I eventually got it perfect
