Love to hear everyone's thoughts...
Here is a list of features that I'd enjoy in a new clean slate truer design - 1) 120v, 2) enough power to cut a new tire to race size in 1 pass...wgich shouldn't be a problem with a 110 motor, 3) a bit capable of doing #2 while still leaving a nice smooth race ready surface, 4) an adjustable pointer or gauge so that no matter which cutter bit is being used, the finished tire size can be accurately indicated, 5) easy to clean, 6) a fitted hard case carrying case, 7) an arbor that would accommodate all of the commonly used brands of wheels ....especially the rears....preferably with one of those 3-pronged inserts that put pressure on the rear wheels where the attaching bolts go, 8) auto travel and return for the cutter, and 9) maybe the hardest to achieve.....a sub $300 street price for the complete unit. Is that too much to ask?
